Description

As a Machine Learning / AI Developer you will develop new technologies to revolutionize live-action content creation and storytelling. You will conduct applied research in computer vision and computer graphics leveraging Machine Learning. The primary objective of this position is to empower storytellers worldwide by creating innovative tools and algorithms that enhance virtual production, visual effects (VFX), and post-production. 

We need your passion, innovative ideas, and creativity to help continue to deliver on our ambitious goals.

Primary responsibilities

• Responsible for assessing the target goals and facilitating the design, as well as the technical and creative implementation of diverse workflows. This will involve using a broad array of open-source, community, and in-house tools
• Solve high-impact problems in content creation, including virtual production, VFX, and post-production, by applying computer graphics, computer vision, and machine learning approaches
• Provide leadership by identifying new areas where algorithms can make a significant impact within the organization
• Advise and collaborate with the team to identify future development opportunities, design and implement solutions for machine learning and optimization problems
• Working with production management to prioritize tasks
• Anticipate, communicate and troubleshoot any creative and/or technical problems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a relatedfield is required.
• Demonstrated experience in developing computer graphics, computer vision, and/or machine learning algorithms, with applications in the VFX and/or animation industry
• Experience in Machine  Learning
• Experienced in writing reusable, testable, and efficient Python in the context of high-level APIs such as openAI
• Experience in interfaces such us ComfyUI and/or A1111 as a plus
• Experience using Machine Learning libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, and/or PyTorch
• Experience building and deploying prototypes for algorithmic solutions
• Experience in graphics-oriented programming, both 2D and 3D as a plus
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills as well as the ability to structure the workflow so that conceptual changes can be made efficiently
• Ability to work well within a team
• Fluent spanish and english language skills, spoken and in writing
• Eligible to work in Spain. Only EU applicants or people with an existing permit to work in Spain can be considered for this position. Assistance with relocation expenses is not available for this position.
